On behalf of the officers and members of the Beta Chi Omega Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., I warmly welcome you to our official website. Chartered in 1938 in the beautiful Roanoke Valley of Virginia, Beta Chi Omega has continually built on the strong foundation of high standards laid by the Alpha Kappa Alpha founders in 1908.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s mission is to be of “service to all mankind.” Throughout the years, the Beta Chi Omega Chapter has incorporated this mission through numerous local projects. The chapter annually provides scholarships to local high school seniors based on merit and/or financial need.
